AMOS is management software for HOA and condominium boards. Today it includes a mandatory-website records library (Document Hub), a Florida compliance calendar with deadline tracking and notice generation, a homeowner portal, and director certification and continuing-education tracking.

AMOS is built Florida-first. The compliance calendar and notice tools are mapped to Florida Chapter 720 (HOAs) and Chapter 718 (condominiums). Coverage for additional states is on our roadmap, and we add it as communities need it.

No. AMOS is a compliance tool, not a law firm. It helps your board stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep records, but it does not replace qualified legal counsel licensed in your state. Always consult an HOA attorney for specific legal questions.

After you request a quote, we set up your community and walk you through an onboarding call. To move quickly, gather your governing documents, your directors' certification and CE records, and a current homeowner roster beforehand — the Contact page has a checklist and a sample roster file to start from.

Pricing is metered to your association's size — a monthly base plus a per-unit rate. You start with the essentials every Florida HOA needs, and higher plans add capabilities like online payments, violations and architectural review, elections, and CAM multi-association management as your community takes them on. Because the number depends on your unit count and plan, we put together a quote for your specific association rather than listing fixed prices.
